Job Opportunity: Sales Representative at BISCO

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with two days working from home after three months of employment, and the remainder in our Schaumburg, IL office.

BISCO is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join our thriving organization. We are an internationally recognized manufacturer of medical devices for the dental industry, specializing in adhesive and composite technology research and development. Our Sales Representatives play a vital role in our growth, and we are hiring for an Inside Sales position.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling to new and existing customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, as our team often works directly with customers. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, superb interpersonal abilities, and a quick learning curve. This is a great opportunity to advance your sales career with an established industry leader in a stable industry. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary starting at $50,000 to $52,000, commensurate with experience, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. First-year total compensation expected to be $60,000 - $70,000.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential, current, and former customers.
  • Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships.
  • Travel locally and overnight as needed, based on experience.
  • Attend trade shows to meet customers and provide hands-on assistance.
  • Educate and train customers on our products.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of our products and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B sales or the dental industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Ability to drive rental cars occasionally.
  • Proficient with computers and technology.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship needs.
