Position: Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will, among other things, manage assigned accounts and detail healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls. You will contact the office staff of assigned accounts and identify key decision makers within the practice, including Physicians, Medical Assistants, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other medical professionals. Your goal is to educate and develop relationships with these individuals, delivering accurate product information and promoting the vaccine program, while ensuring access to patient assistance materials and programs.

Additionally, you may provide lead generation, appointment setting, recruitment for virtual lunch and learns, and support for national meetings and brand representatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and update current and prospective prescriber profiles.
  2. Stay current with market knowledge and competitive products.
  3. Maintain a professional image for Buyer and Buyer Products.
  4. Participate in all required training and sales meetings.
  5. Make educational presentations (Details).
  6. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely submission of all call activity and timekeeping within the CRM.
  7. Comply with Promotional Program guidelines and proper use of promotional materials and budgets.
  8. Participate or coordinate virtual and live lunch & learns as applicable.
  9. Collaborate effectively with co-promotional partners or counterparts.
Qualifications:
  1. Four-Year College Degree required.
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of inside sales or B2B territory management experience preferred.
  3. Experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
  4. Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  5. Experience maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
  6. Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  7. Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM preferred.
  8. Excellent listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Ability to convey complex product information professionally and reassuringly to healthcare professionals.
  11. Ability to accept feedback and improve performance.
  12. Effective multitasking across multiple systems.
  13. Reliable, punctual, with a high work ethic.
  14. Flexible to meet business needs.
  15. Private, quiet workspace required.
