Job summary

Tireco Distributors in Florida is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, introduce new products, and support marketing campaigns. You will make daily outbound calls and respond to inbound sales inquiries to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales or telemarketing experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office; NetSuite is a plus. Base pay starts at $18.50/hour with commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar or related position.
• Excellent customer service track record.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office suite; Word, Outlook.
• Familiarity with NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and sales support to all customers and team members.
• Effectively supports sales and customer service inquiries via phone, chat, text and email.
• Answers inbound customer calls and makes outbound sales calls.
• Enters discussion points and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Develops new prospects and leads by outbound calls and online research.
