Azelis Americas CASE is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Purpose

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role manages a defined sales territory and oversees the development process of converting prospects into active customers. The position involves participating in and managing company initiative projects. It is a remote position, preferably located in the western time zone or willing to work western hours.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Manage the inside sales territory in the western time zone, covering accounts in CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, OK, OR, UT, WA, WY.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle to grow and qualify accounts for sales representatives, including quoting prices, managing leads, and generating opportunities.
  • Participate in external sales calls as needed and provide backup support for technical sales representatives.
  • Assist leadership with time-sensitive customer requests.
  • Maintain all customer correspondence in Microsoft D365 CRM, including sample, literature, and price quote requests.
  • Participate in sales meetings, company meetings, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills: synthesize complex information, research data, utilize intuition and experience, and design workflows.
  • Problem-solving skills: resolve issues promptly, analyze information, develop solutions, and work well in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills: proficient in writing and comprehension.
  • Teamwork: contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
  • Organizational skills: follow policies, complete administrative tasks accurately, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in chemistry or sciences preferred, from an accredited four-year college/university.
  • Experience: at least 2 years in industry or sales.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft D365 CRM, Outlook.
  • Strong ethics and ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and manuals.
  • Presentation skills: effectively communicate with managers, clients, and groups.
