Trust 1 Services, Quincy Massachusetts's trusted comfort expert, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue from high-intent, warm leads.

This role is all about closing. You’ll focus on homeowners who’ve already received in-home quotes for A/C replacements but haven’t moved forward. Your job? Reconnect, rebuild urgency, offer better deals than the original quote, and seal the deal through calls, texts, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with all unsold A/C replacement quotes from field technicians
• Use phone, text, and email to reignite interest and overcome objections
• Offer tailored incentives and close deals with homeowners
• Log all activity and communication in our CRM system
• Collaborate with sales and install teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Achieve and exceed monthly closing targets

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of inside sales experience (preferably in HVAC, home services, or high-ticket sales)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Confident, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with CRM systems and follow-up workflows
• High level of professionalism and customer service
