Job summary

Deluxe is seeking an Inside Sales Junior Representative in Plano, TX. This role is designed to prepare you for career advancement to Inside Sales Manager, with mentoring from an Inside Sales Manager and hands-on experience in the sales cycle.

You will acquire sales via phone, expand your knowledge of the process, and demonstrate progressive growth in your skill set while aiming to meet sales objectives and better serve merchant needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of sales or inside phone sales experience.
• Must be 18+; proficient with Word and Outlook.

Basic Qualifications

• HS/GED and 2 years of related experience or Associates and 0 years
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of two years of sales experience, extensive inside phone sales experience or telemarketing sales
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent oral communication skills required
