Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Reporting to Regional Sales Director

Location: Southeast - USA

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! The Inside Sales Representative will be based in the Southeast Region of the USA reporting to the Regional Sales Director and will work autonomously from their home-based office. Inside Sales Representatives receive a competitive compensation and benefit package including performance-based incentives.

What you will do:

  • Communicate with customers (100% outbound calling) to generate qualified consultations (prospects and customers).
  • Help to drive attendance to Venus AI technology showcase events throughout North America.
  • Cold/warm calling into all US markets to drive meetings and book ASM’s calendars.
  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Quickly build rapport with prospective clients and influence purchase decisions.
  • Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email.
  • Identify decision-makers, schedule meetings, meet qualified prospects, and execute appropriate sales techniques.
  • Track all forms of communication with prospects through the corporate CRM system.
  • Work with the outside sales team to progress the sales process and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share.
  • Develop and work your pipeline, ensure pipeline progression and ongoing activity; conduct cold calling.
  • Meet sales targets as set through annual/quarterly budgets and as communicated by your manager.
  • Conduct customer analysis, understand their business, their opportunities, and gaps.
  • Develop reference sites, provide sales support at meetings, workshops, and conventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Clinical Training.
  • Maintain a high level of understanding of the products and competitive landscape.

What you will need:

  • BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • 1 – 3 years of Medical Aesthetics sales experience.
  • Medical device and capital equipment sales experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset (specifically Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated track record of sales growth and success.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments and customers.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn and welcomes feedback.

Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $65,000.00
  • Incentive Compensation: Includes uncapped commissions + bonuses.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package starting on Day 1, covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match, among other benefits.
