The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth for the organization through inbound and outbound modes of interaction. The representative uses strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify gaps in coverage, recommend solutions to fully protect customers, and build a case to positively influence the decision to purchase Allstate's products, including those within the Allstate family of companies and other Allstate-owned brands. Performance will be evaluated based on sales production, time management, quality of business, and adherence to company and industry rules, regulations, and processes that protect Allstate and its customers.
