Qualifications

• Must have a can do, customer service first attitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to retain product knowledge.
• Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication or metal roofing is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to the Company’s mission and its core values.
• Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for potential customers.
• Prepare computer generated work orders for customers.
• Handle and process customer returns.
• Work closely with Branch Manager.
• Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold.
• Coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher.
• Occasional purchasing of inventory.
• Maintain material stock in showroom.
• You will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.

Our location based in Northborough, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, candidates should have an outgoing personality, good communication skills and like to work with the general public. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
