Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products serving a large market in the United States. We seek a customer‑service–oriented professional in Massachusetts to handle quotes, orders, deliveries, and support for the Outside Sales team.

You will process inquiries, coordinate with operations, and ensure pricing guidelines are followed while contributing to strong customer relationships and growth.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with waterproofing, masonry/concrete restoration, or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers, vendors and management.
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.

What you'll do:

What you'll bring:

• Previous front‑line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience with water proofing, masonry restoration, concrete restoration, construction or building materials a plus
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow‑up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
