FASTSIGNS Tarzana seeks an Inside Sales Representative to be the first contact for customers at the front counter and via email/phone, driving revenue through consultative sales and close collaboration with management and support teams.

You will manage sales activities from lead generation to project completion, maintaining a customer-focused, organized approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience required (3+ years).
• Customer service experience required.
• Printing or sign industry experience is a plus.
• Open to applicants with or without a college degree.

Fast-growing visual communications company seeks Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate:

• Serves as first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and telephone customers.
• Works with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue in line with company’s vision and values.
• Responsible for sales activities from lead generation through project management.
• Must be customer focused with a friendly, welcoming disposition and exceptional organizational skills.

Direct experience in the printing industry or a sign company and particularly a FASTSIGNS franchise would be a plus.

The Successful Candidate Has

• Inside Sales 3+ years experience
• Customer Service skills and experience
• Printing and/or Sign shop experience a PLUS
