Job summary

FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is hiring for a Visual Communications Specialist/ Inside Sales to join our team in Sunrise, MN. You will be the first point of contact for customers, learn to prepare estimates, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished work.

The role suits someone with 2-3 years in customer service and sales, strong listening and organizational skills, and comfort with both inbound and outbound sales conversations. There is potential for career growth and ongoing training.

• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans.
• Engage with customers via email, phone, in person, and at their place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
• Initiate sales calls to increase the company client base.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Specialist Will

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
• Initiate sales calls to prospective clients to increase company client base
