FASTSIGNS of Leander & Cedar Park is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the initial contact for current and prospective customers by phone, email, and in person. You will learn to prepare estimates, create work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.

From the first estimate to final installation, you will guide customers and build long-term relationships while participating in daily team meetings and supporting our business and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Signage or print industry experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred, B2B experience a plus (inside, retail, or counter sales all welcome).

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

Be the initial point of contact with both current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center — by phone, email, in person, and occasionally at the customer's place of business

Learn to prepare estimates, write up work orders, and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders

Guide customers through the entire project, from first estimate to final installation

Turn prospects into long-term clients by building trust and lasting relationships

Participate in daily team meetings and help execute our business and marketing plans

Take an active role in the ongoing success of the FASTSIGNS Center

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
