The Inside Sales Executive (ISE) position is within the Cardiometabolic business unit of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics. This is a field-based remote role with 20% travel within Illinois. The ISE is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals and business objectives within an assigned geographic region. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing sales skills to uncover and develop customer needs, navigating complex sales environments with healthcare decision-makers, selling across hospital environments, physician offices, urgent care centers, and large health systems. The role requires extensive product knowledge of Cardiometabolic point of care solutions, performing virtual product demonstrations and training, conducting account research using tools like Salesforce.com and Power BI, managing inbound customer inquiries, scheduling on-site meetings, providing assistance to team members, and maintaining accurate customer and activity databases. Required education is a 4-year college degree, with preferred qualifications including 2 years of sales experience, knowledge of healthcare drivers and priorities, experience in inside or outside sales, strong analytical skills, and interpersonal savvy.
