ENCON Equipment in Jeffersonville, IN, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Louisville branch. This full-time, in-branch role involves helping customers over the phone and in person, building quotes, coordinating rentals, and driving sales.

ENCON Equipment is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Louisville branch in Jeffersonville, Indiana, just minutes from downtown Louisville, KY.

This is a full-time, in-branch position. You’ll work from the branch every day, helping customers over the phone and face-to-face, building quotes, coordinating rentals, following up on opportunities, and helping grow sales.

What You’ll Do

• Work on-site at our Jeffersonville, IN branch every day.
• Handle inbound sales calls and help walk-in customers.
• Help customers choose the right equipment for the job.
• Build quotes, reservations, and rental contracts.
• Follow up on open quotes and work to turn them into rentals.
• Make outbound calls to previous, inactive, and prospective customers.
• Look for opportunities to rent additional equipment or attachments.
• Build relationships with contractors, businesses, and crews throughout the Louisville market.
• Coordinate with dispatch, service, and operations to keep rentals moving.
• Keep customer, rental, and inventory information accurate.
• Track customer activity and opportunities in our CRM.
• Help the branch grow revenue and keep customers coming back.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know every piece of equipment on day one. We can teach equipment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable talking to customers in person and over the phone.
• Isn’t afraid to make outbound calls.
• Follows up and follows through.
• Can stay organized when things get busy.

• Is dependable and works well with the rest of the branch.
• Wants to get better and take on more responsibility.

Inside sales, B2B sales, equipment rental, construction, or customer service experience is a plus, but work ethic, attitude, and the ability to learn matter just as much.
