Better Tax Relief, based in Irvine, CA, seeks Inside Sales Representatives to join a high-performance team. You will handle a high volume of calls, present tax relief solutions, and guide clients through IRS authorizations while earning uncapped commissions.

The role offers a base pay of $18/hour with an uncapped commission structure and substantial on-target earnings (OTE) potential, including top performers earning well over six figures annually.

This role is based in our Irvine, CA office Monday through Friday, with weekend shifts voluntary after training.

$18 per hour + uncapped commission. OTE is $80,000 - $350,000+ annually.
