You'll be the voice that brings life-changing fiber connectivity to families desperate for better service. Unlike typical sales roles, our customers want to hear from you because we're delivering the solution they've been waiting for!

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound inquiries into fiber subscriptions with your consultative approach
  • Make outbound calls to newly serviceable addresses with can't-miss offers
  • Become a neighborhood expert - know our service areas like your own backyard
  • Position Cityside Fiber as the undisputed best choice against competitors
  • Handle customer care inquiries with your signature white-glove service
  • Master our CRM system to track leads and document customer interactions
  • Work prime sales hours (9AM-6PM) with flexibility for high-opportunity weekends
  • Contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration
  • Understand and uphold Cityside Fiber’s core purpose and values and be passionate about what we do.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Natural storyteller with impeccable phone presence
  • Competitive spirit with proven problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with basic tech (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Availability for evenings/weekends when customers are home
  • Passion for closing deals and changing lives through technology

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $20 per hour (dependent on experience) plus commission: On target earnings $60,000
