The position requires sales and customer service experience, a willingness to upsell and grow accounts, and the ability to learn extensive product information.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required with a focus on building relationships and driving sales.
• Proactive sales mindset including opening new accounts, upselling, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Office management or administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• Motivated self-starter with a desire for long-term career growth and advancement.

What you'll do:

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Saturdays every other week, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT as needed.
