Job summary

QXO in Long Beach, CA is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to process quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries, while supporting the Outside Sales team. You will coordinate deliveries with operations and ensure accurate billing and pricing adherence.

The ideal candidate has frontline customer service and sales experience, with construction materials knowledge a plus, and a willingness to learn extensive product information. Bilingual Spanish helpful, based in California.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience is required.
• Experience in construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors and team members.
• Willingness to learn and retain large amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, information requests and billing inquiries.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to outside sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial policies.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections


• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives


• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams


• Provide support to Outside Sales team


• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services
