Job summary

United Performance Metals is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Ohio to maintain regular contact with existing accounts, assist onboarding of new customers, and process orders. The role emphasizes getting accurate sales data into the CRM and supporting contract requirements.

With 1–3 years in inside sales, contract management, or customer service, you will analyze accounts for new opportunities and collaborate with regional managers to develop robust account plans.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales, contract management, or customer service experience.
• Familiar with manufacturing, sales, supply chain, or production planning environments.
• Expert navigation of ERP or other sales data entry platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and assist onboarding of new accounts.
• Collect and disseminate relevant sales intelligence from all activities; enter info into CRM and communicate to relevant parties.
• Inside sales and order entry.
• Support the management and execution of customer contractual requirements.
• Perform account analysis to identify new sales opportunities within current and future accounts.
• Work with management and regional managers to create and execute account plans.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of Inside Sales/managing contracts/customer service experience.
• Familiar with manufacturing, sales, supply chain or production planning environments.
• Expert navigation of Enterprise Resource Planning system or other sales data entry platforms
