Job summary

BathWorks Michigan is hiring for a competitive, motivated sales enthusiast to grow our Jacuzzi bath remodel business in Byron Center, MI. You’ll engage homeowners, follow up leads, schedule design consultations, and guide customers toward confident purchases in a high-energy, on-site environment.

We offer uncapped earning potential, health/dental/life insurance after 60 days, PTO, and strong training. Hybrid or remote options may be available after 90 days based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is helpful but not required.
• Ability to commute to Byron Center office.
• Willingness to work Saturday-Wednesday 10am-6:30pm.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel.
• Follow up on leads and guide potential customers through the next step in our process.
• Schedule design consultations and help keep the sales pipeline moving.
• Learn how to confidently handle objections and set appointments.
• Play a key role in helping BathWorks grow.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional phone presence.
• A self-motivated, competitive mindset.
• Someone who enjoys working toward goals and being rewarded for results.
• Ability to commute to our Byron Center office.
• Availability for one of the following consistent schedules:
• Saturday - Wednesday 10 am - 6:30 pm
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful, but not required.

This is a 100% on-site position in Byron Center, MI.
