Job summary

IDEX is seeking a results-driven sales support professional in the United States to generate quotations for the outside sales team and renewals, while updating CRM projects and opportunities. You will engage with customers, participate in industry events, and support lead management across sales functions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience accepted).
• Ability to utilize virtual presentation technology.
• Highly organized with excellent follow up skills.
• Self-motivated with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work across functions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotations in support of the outside sales team.
• Generate software renewal quotations and communicate with customers.
• Update CRM projects and opportunities.
• Participate in local industry associations and trade shows, as directed by the Sales team.
• Support the lead management process for the sales team.
• Process equipment orders as needed.
• Assist the Inside Sales Manager with vendor registrations.
• Abide by on-the-job site safety requirements.
• Assist the team with growth initiatives.
