Conestoga Wood Specialties is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the Western U.S. territory from our East Earl, PA facility.
The role emphasizes building customer relationships, negotiating commitments, and growing account profitability via phone and email outreach. Ideal candidates will have a college degree, 3+ years in inside sales within manufacturing/CPG, and strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
Reporting to the Director of National Sales, our Inside Sales Representative is responsible to manage the Western U.S. territory (including Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming) and to establish sales relationships, negotiate customer purchase commitments and maintain the accounts of existing customers to meet predetermined territory sales goals. This person is also responsible to promote products and services while communicating customer feedback and troubleshooting quality and service issues. Location of the role will be at our East Earl, PA facility. Travel would generally be limited to less than 5% of yearly working hours with most sales’ interaction being through phone call and email solicitation. This position offers the opportunity to progress to an outside sales position as the opportunity arises.
