Inside Sales Representative

Location: Conroe, TX

Job type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Support Outside Sales with customer orders.
• Determine the type of merchandise desired by familiarizing yourself with products sold and utilizing vendor catalogs and other reference materials.
• Use the Eclipse program for pricing and order entry.
• Estimate delivery dates based on company schedules.
• Resolve customer order problems and complaints promptly.
• Describe and demonstrate products using samples or catalogs, highlighting features and benefits.
• Promote branch and company-wide special promotions as directed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more of related experience.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and metric scales.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents like technical or business publications.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
• Basic electrical product knowledge.
