Job summary

Integrity Energy, based in Cleveland, OH, is seeking motivated individuals to start a successful sales career. You will join an established, growing company with a proven training program, a week of in-class training, and hands-on mentorship.

Starting pay is $20/hour with benefits and room for advancement. After training and production results, promotions and hourly wage increases accompany 100% uncapped commissions. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Position Overview

• Starting Pay: $20/hour + benefits and room for advancement.
• Post-training and successful production achieved, promotion occurs with an hourly wage increase and 100% uncapped commissions
• Training: Begin with a week of in-class training, followed by hands‑on mentorship.
• Growth Opportunities: Flexible timeline to remain in the Sales Associate role, with the goal of promotion to Sales Representative and beyond.
• Ongoing Training and Opportunity: Our current Sales Team has 10+ years with our company, providing proof of strong earning potential. Additionally, all our Managers began as Sales Associates, progressing to their current salaried positions.
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, with75% of employee premiums covered by Integrity Energy (50% for dependents) after 90 days.
• 401(k) Plan: Up to a 6% match vested immediately, eligibility after 90 days.
