Clearwater, FL | Full-time | In-office | $25/hour +Uncapped Commission

Join PostcardMania, a Tampa Bay Top Workplace for 13years running, as an Inside Sales Representative. This is an inbound salesposition with ZERO cold calling. You'll speak with business owners who havealready contacted us about our marketing services and help them find the rightsolution for their business.

With 2,500+ new leads coming in every week, you'll have asteady pipeline of potential customers to work with.

What You’ll Do

• Speakwith business owners by phone to understand their marketing needs
  
• Respondto inbound leads and recommend the right products and services
  
• Buildrelationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process
  
• Followup with leads and manage opportunities from initial conversation throughclosing
  
• Meetindividual and team sales goals
  
• Useour sales software to manage customer information and follow-ups
  
• Workwith your team and sales leadership to continuously improve
  

Compensation & Growth

• $25/hour

• New-hirecommission plan that transitions to our long-term structure after 120 days
  
• Successfulclosers can earn $100,000–$200,000+ annually
  
• Eligiblefor up to a $6,000 salary increase at 90 days, with additionalincreases at 6 and 9 months, up to a $70,000 base salary

Schedule & Location

Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch

This position is on-site in Clearwater, Florida

Requirements

• Salesor phone sales experience is a plus, but not required
