PostcardMania in Clearwater is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a high-energy team. This in-office role handles 100% inbound leads, with training provided and no cold calling.

You will talk with decision-makers to match the best service to their business and work within a schedule of 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, in a full-time office setting. Starting pay is $25 per hour with paid training and an ambitious commission plan that can push total earnings well into six figures for top

Your Mission

If you’re a strong phone salesperson who wants to get on the phones fast with people who actually want to talk, this role is built for you.

All sales are done over the phone with100% inbound leads—no cold calling, ever. We generate 2,500+ new business-owner leads each week, giving our sales team a steady flow of qualified conversations from day one.

Once trained, you’ll spend your time speaking with decision-makers who have already expressed interest, helping them choose the right service for their business. This role eliminates prospecting and allows you to focus on what you do best: selling.

Schedule

• Full-time in-office position
• Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch

Compensation

• $25 per hour
• Paid training
• Supportive new hire commission plan that transitions to along-term structure after 120 days
• Uncapped commission — successful closers earn $100,000 – $200,000per year
• At 90 days: eligible for up to a $6,000 salary increase;additional $6,000 increases at 6 and 9 months (up to $70K base)
• Performance-based pay with no ceiling for top performers
• Weekly games award $200–$500 to top producers
• Over 40% of our sales reps earn six figures

Requirements
