Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an entry-level Residential HVAC Installer to join our Rochester, NY team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, grow, and develop the skills to become a proficient residential installer.

We offer starting pay of $18.50–$22.00 per hour, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, paid vacation and sick time, a 401k with company match, tool and uniform allowances, and paid training with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour Certificate and/or EPA Universal preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation of furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, water heaters etc. for residential clients.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
• Develop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork.
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.

The starting base range for this position is $18.50 to $20.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
