Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Leander & Cedar Park is hiring for a sales team member. You will be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, or in person and help prepare estimates, write work orders, and ensure timely delivery of orders.

You will guide customers through the full project lifecycle from estimate to installation, turning prospects into long-term clients by building trust. Regular team meetings and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred; B2B experience a plus.
• Signage or print industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers by phone, email, in person, or on-site.
• Prepare estimates, write work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Guide customers through the project from first estimate to installation.
• Turn prospects into long-term clients by building trust and lasting relationships.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support marketing plans.
• Contribute to the ongoing success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

What You'll Do

• Be the initial point of contact with both current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center — by phone, email, in person, and occasionally at the customer's place of business
• Learn to prepare estimates, write up work orders, and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders
• Guide customers through the entire project, from first estimate to final installation
• Turn prospects into long-term clients by building trust and lasting relationships
• Participate in daily team meetings and help execute our business and marketing plans
• Take an active role in the ongoing success of the FASTSIGNS Center

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, such as signage

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
