The position offers health, dental, and vision coverage, paid training, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced, supportive team. On-site work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work in the office Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM — no remote.

Aufgaben

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to offer complimentary roof inspections.
• Build rapport with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Schedule appointments for roof inspections based on customer availability and company's schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, appointments scheduled, and conversions.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to continuously improve campaign strategies and achieve performance goals.
• Uphold Vault Roofing's commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism in every interaction.
