Vault Roofing is hiring motivated sales professionals to grow a rewarding career in roofing and home exterior sales. We provide training, company-provided appointments, and a clear path for advancement while you build a long-term career with us.

First-year earnings are projected at $125,000 to $250,000+ with an uncapped commission structure. This W-2 role includes benefits and paid time off, with a base training salary transitioning to full commission after six months.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential for presenting proposals and closing deals.
• Self-discipline and motivation are required to manage a high-volume appointment-based schedule.
• Proficiency with laptops, tablets, and mobile devices for CRM and scheduling.
• Driver's license is required for travel to in-home appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more with self-generated business and uncapped commissions.
• Drive to pre-set appointments and attend weekly sales meetings.
• Complete a two-week training program with our sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in ongoing coaching.
• Support leadership in additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week - No cold calling or door knocking required
• Earn more commission for self-generated business
• Drive to pre-set appointments
• Complete a thorough two week training program with our dedicated sales training team
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday
  • Schedule:
    • Monday through Friday appointments are scheduled at 10am, 2pm, 6pm
    • Saturday appointments are scheduled at 10am, and 2pm.
• Strong communication skills
• Self disciplined and money motivated
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
