Vault Roofing is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive our Roof Inspection Campaign from the Turnersville, NJ office. You will reach out to prospects, schedule inspections, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the office Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM, no remote.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Proficient with technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sales mindset, driven and money-motivated.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to offer complimentary roof inspections.
• Build rapport with customers and address questions or concerns.
• Schedule appointments for roof inspections based on availability.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointment details in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
• Collaborate with team and managers to improve campaign strategies.
• Uphold commitment to exceptional customer service in every interaction.
