What is Required (Qualifications):

- Proficient in computer and data entry
- Must have excellent telephone customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the medical industry
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
- Experience with dual monitors and wired headsets for training/interviews
