Remote Inside Sales Agent

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agent Trainees. If you're eager to build a career in insurance sales while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely, this opportunity is for you!

Job Duties

• Quote and sell Property & Casualty insurance products to members.
• Collect premiums, bind coverage, enter policy data into insurance systems, and respond to underwriting inquiries.
• Develop a thorough understanding of insurance policy provisions, rating factors, rules, and systems.
• Contact and follow up on all leads.
• Maintain pre-established rating and information accuracy scores.
• Focus on developing sales abilities and selling insurance policies, handling obstacles and conflicts by multi-tasking and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attend in-person training in Independence, OH.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong sales drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
