The Remote Inside Sales Rep increases revenue by responding to and initiating incoming and outgoing potential customer inquiries, using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete and accurate data.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Establish customer contact through follow-up outbound calls and inbound responses.
  2. Promote products and assess customer needs to facilitate product or service utilization, explaining benefits thoroughly and assisting with physician communication as necessary.
  3. Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services.
  4. Record and verify customer information in the database.
  5. Maintain quality service by adhering to departmental and company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  6. Facilitate the sales process by sharing information internally and externally.
  7. Validate insurance benefits accurately.
  8. Follow up with customers as needed.
  9. Contribute to departmental objectives by achieving contact and sales targets, tracking, and reporting progress.
