Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our on-site team in Sandy, Utah. You’ll present to owners via Zoom, build rapport, and explain why travelers choose our brands. With prequalified leads, you’ll drive transactions and earnings through an hourly plus commission plan.

You will receive ongoing training in advanced sales techniques and compete in incentive programs while enjoying a dynamic call center culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commission-based sales experience
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to overcome objections and stay motivated in a performance-based environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations via Zoom to owners
• Establish rapport with prospective and current owners
• Articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel and Leisure
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and closing deals
• No cold calling: all leads are prequalified and provided by the company
• Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training
