Casella: Home in Scarborough, ME seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through proactive acquisition, retention, and service excellence. You will engage with prospects and customers via phone and email to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.

Pay range starts at $25 per hour plus commission. The role emphasizes relationship-building, account management, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams to grow business while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience in B2B sales or related industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with accounts to drive retention and growth.
• Manages contracts and profitability, monitors activity to prevent churn.
• Pursues upsell, cross-sell, and new business via inbound/outbound outreach.
• Prepares quotes, proposals, and contracts supporting the full sales cycle.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales to support campaigns and align growth strategies.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves complaints with accurate service information.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintains CRM records and tracks performance metrics.
• Participates in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
