Macalister Marketing Inc. is seeking an AT&T Inside Sales Representative in Altamonte Springs, FL to promote products in retail settings and grow a sales career. You will receive comprehensive training and join a high-energy team focused on results.

This full-time role offers a competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions, with daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities, plus paid training and travel across the U.S. to develop skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college or prior experience in sales/marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A positive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to grow.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability, including weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Maitland, FL 32751.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
