Responsibilities

• Call back customers with a project consultation to schedule a second, faster consultation.
• Make outbound calls to customers interested in West Shore Home products.
• Receive inbound inquiries and follow up on interested customers; no cold calling.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.
• Attend daily team meetings to discuss metrics and priorities.
• Log all customer interactions in Salesforce.
