Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Ocala, FL to handle inbound and outbound calls and schedule appointments for in-home consultants. The role rewards a sales-driven mindset with strong communication and the ability to handle rejection.

You will maintain records in Salesforce, meet daily and monthly targets, and participate in daily team meetings. The position is onsite with a competitive hourly rate and bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits.

Inside Sales Representative

Purpose

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will complete inbound and outbound calls with the goal of scheduling appointments for our In‑Home Sales Representatives.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Speak with customers who recently had a project consultation but were unable to move forward at that time – provide them a callback to set up a second, faster consultation.
• Make outbound calls to customers interested in the products West Shore Home has to offer.
• Receive inbound calls from customers and follow up on inquiries – no cold calling.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.
• Attend daily meetings with your team and department leadership to discuss metrics and priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce.

Must‑Have Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: clear, friendly, and persuasive.
• Sales‑Driven Mindset: motivated by goals and take pride in reaching them.
• Ability to Handle Rejection Positively: see “no” as an opportunity to improve.
• Previous Call Center or Sales Experience – preferred but not required.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this position is $19.75 per hour plus monthly bonus potential. Final compensation may vary based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
