Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales to understand customer requirements and recommend products.

• Serve as primary contact for sales inquiries and resolve customer questions promptly.
• Maintain records of all sales transactions and perform related admin tasks.
• Own account management by building relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Partner with Outside Sales on PVF product sales and joint customer visits.
• Collaborate on quotes and proposals with Outside Sales to align with customer needs.
• Process purchases and transfers with clear communication to Purchasing.
• Contribute to sales team success with counter sales support.
• Integrate and train staff on PVF products and SOPs.

Overview

PACE Supply is looking for a driven Inside Sales professional to join our Riverside, CA - PVF Division - and help power the next wave of growth.

This isn’t an order-taking role. You’ll be on the front line of sales: winning new business, strengthening customer relationships, and turning service into revenue. You’ll partner closely with outside sales to move more PVF product, uncover opportunities others miss, and deliver the kind of support that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Collaborate closely with Outside Sales representatives to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by preparing and delivering accurate, timely quotations and submittals, ensuring individualized attention to each client’s needs.
• Coordinate efficient order fulfillment and on-time delivery, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries, resolving customer concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, ensuring proper documentation and handling associated administrative tasks.
• Take ownership of account management activities by building strong client relationships and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with the Outside Sales team to drive PVF product sales, including participation in joint sales calls and customer visits.
• Collaborate on customer quotes and proposals, working closely with the Outside Sales team to align with customer needs.
• Process product purchases and transfers as needed, maintaining clear communication with the purchasing team to ensure smooth operation.
• Contribute regularly to the overall success of the sales team by offering counter sales support.
• Integrating and training existing employees on PVF products and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent credential required.
• Previous experience in inside sales or a customer-facing role, preferably within the PVF or industrial products industry.
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close sales effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor in interactions with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn, develop new skills, and advance within the company.
