Inside Sales Professional - $20/hr

We are seeking a motivatedand experienced Inside Sales Professional to join our team and contribute tothe development and execution of our evolving sales strategy. The SalesProfessional will play a key role in refining our sales methods, pitches, andapproaches, directly impacting the growth of our sales organization. This is adynamic position where you’ll be encouraged to contribute creative ideas andmake a tangible impact on our sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Executehigh-volume outbound sales calls to prospective clients
  • Continuouslytest and refine sales pitches, strategies, and approaches
  • Providefeedback on the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics
  • Meetand exceed sales targets consistently
  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and customerexperiences
  • Maintainaccurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using Salesforce(or comparable CRM)
  • Contributecreative ideas to improve sales initiatives and drive performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimumof 3 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record ofsuccess
  • Demonstratedability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, evolving salesenvironment
  • Experiencewith high-volume calling and time management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of Salesforce or comparable CRM experience
