Job summary

Lansing Building Products LLC in Lanham, MD is seeking a showroom associate to greet customers, answer inquiries and process orders. You will prepare quotes, learn our product lines and assist customers with a thorough understanding of Lansing’s offerings.

Responsibilities include handling calls, filling orders, learning the inventory system and helping in the warehouse as needed. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; prior sales experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to assist customers in showroom and answer inquiries.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of building products is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products from plans.
• Develop knowledge of Lansing Building Products and services to assist customers.
• Fill customer orders using inventory system and maintain stock levels.
• Assist in the warehouse including loading/unloading materials as needed.
