Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Understanding of welding terminology and equipment a plus.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service and enhance customer engagement.
• Identify and communicate customer’s need for add-on sales when warranted.
• Input quotes, sales orders into ERP system.
• Prepare customer quotes and sales orders.
• Reconcile purchases and sales.
• Develop expertise in welding products to provide informed support.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
