Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Communicates effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Greet and assist customers, answer questions with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Processes customer orders, quotes, and sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell appropriate products.
• Manages inventory levels, assists with restocking, and keeps the sales counter organized.
• Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepares and processes orders for pickup or delivery with proper documentation.
