• Greet and assist customers in person, answering their questions and addressing inquiries with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Processes customer orders, quotes, and sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods while ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Maintains product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell appropriate products, ensuring customers are fully informed.
• Manages inventory levels, assists with restocking, and keeps the sales counter and work area organized and clean.
• Resolves customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring positive resolutions and customer loyalty.
• Prepares and processes orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring proper documentation and timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborates with other departments to fulfill customer needs, ensuring the smooth completion of orders and high satisfaction.
• Maintains a positive, professional relationship with customers, building trust and loyalty through consistent, high-quality service.
• Assists with maintaining a safe and secure work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.

• Ability to bend, squat, or kneel occasionally to access lower shelves or storage areas.

Pay Range

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour.
