ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to deliver world-class service and help customers select roofing, siding, and window products for their projects.

This role focuses on understanding customer needs, up-selling where appropriate, and coordinating orders and deliveries from our Wisconsin locations. To succeed, you should bring strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills, plus basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep shelves stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns as needed.
