ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate who delivers world-class service to contractors and homeowners.

You will help customers select roofing, siding, and window products and process orders with accuracy. This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to upselling, while coordinating deliveries and supporting warehouse operations to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Formación

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented

Responsabilidades

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
