Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage homeowners in the Spring, TX area. You will generate sales through door-to-door outreach, mail, and calls, building lasting relationships while explaining the value and pricing of HomeTeam’s pest control solutions.

No prior sales experience is required as training is provided. You will work outdoors, meet new people, and enjoy a supportive team, competitive pay, and a solid benefits package through HomeTeam.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Build long‑term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately so Pest Control Techs have all information needed to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
