Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. in Houston is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. No sales experience is required – training will be provided to help you generate sales by reaching homeowners, explaining benefits, and completing sale paperwork to support Pest Control Techs.

This position offers $60K-$80K annually (uncapped), a company vehicle and gas card, a company phone and iPad, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Physical Demands / Working Environment: Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
